This chrome/black transforming d-pad is a direct replacement to your existing transforming d-pad. Please note that in order to install this part, you will need to have a controller shell that has the hole specifically made for this d-pad (such as the silver limited edition, Modern Warfare 3, Chrome Series). This part will not fit on any older shells.
Installation of these pieces will require you to open up your controller using a Torx T8 security screwdriver (not included).
